I just used epassporte's useful affiliate information tool to check the scammer's epassporte name and the name recorded in the whois information published here as being the owner of the site the scammer "claimed" to own, and this is the response:

I hope you have already done as instructed and contacted Michael at epassporte, and I hope you get your money back, but realistically I dont hold out much hope as I am sure shit like this goes down every day and why I always cringe when I see these exchange wanted threads as epassporte cannot be reversed but paypal CAN.

and another brother named David Mize.
All of this activity (with the exception of the one Columbus, OH address) seems to be close in to the vicinity of Louisville, Kentucky.

Yep this is the last place I'd pick someone to randomly do a transfer like that with. Find someone you know or mrteller guy seems to have a good rep. But you're always taking a chance, if there wasn't someone on I really knew well to do it I'd just figure something else out...
