    How many of your sales are from Bookmarks?

    As an affiliate, I try to analyze the stats, but it proves to be impossible.
    Checked one sponsor today and all my sales show up from Bookmarks, instead of urls.
    This is alarming. I cannot focus my attention into the right direction.

          My experience has been that many affiliate program software (nats, ps, mpa) list no referrer as bookmark sales. It just means it didn't pick up a referrer. It drives me nuts but it's what we all use .

                  I always wondered if stats couldn't somehow show "From IE/FF/whatever Favorites List"... or something. I mean, you can see when someone is coming from an email link...

                  I always assumed a blank referrer was a bookmark.

                  I can understand that a cookie referral dies on a bookmark, but what if they bookmark a link-based referral code?

                                      I hate bookmark sales. With some sponsors I just get the linkingcode as the referrer every fucking time (JT Cash and the old triplexcash version).

                                          I like nats bookmark sales. Makes me feel like a site is actually tracking my referrals past the first 24 hours.

                                          I like the ones I was bright enough to add a campaign code to even better. Gives me an idea of what site or page sent me my sale.
