the only time I ever got flu shots was when I was required because I was a preschool teacher. I don't see any need, I'm a pretty healthy person and if I do get the flu wekk then, I'll be sick for awhile until my body fights it off.
I also work from home 6 days a week so I'm not that worried about contracting it.
My mom's best friend is a nurse and she was telling me none of the nurses or doctors at her hospital are getting it and the doctors are all saying they never personally get something that is in it's "1st stages" or whatever you want to call it.. it just came out this year (I'm still half asleep but I KNOW you guys know what I'm talkin abt!) so that's enough to convince me..if the doctors don't think it's safe enough for them no way I'm letting them put it into me!
ps- and back when I had to get flu shots it never seemed to help, I would get sick all of the time being around those llittle germ factories (little kids) did I get sick less because of the shot? I don't know..but it def didn't keep me from getting sick/the flu that's for sure!

I've never gotten any flu shots in the past, and I don't see the need to start now. I work with the public and I rarely get a cold or the flu. When I do get sick, I just rest up and let my body fix it's self.
I'm not taking the position that this vacine is unsafe, because I honestly haven't been paying attention to most of the hype. I'm just not taking it because I don't normally get flu shots.
My 2 nieces got the vaccine a couple weeks ago, and neither has gotten sick, or had any adverse reactions at all. Also, none of the family has gotten sick 'from them'.

I have and you know what, since taking it everything has been more clear to me. I used to think a lot about how the moon landing was faked and how the NWO is taking over the world, and ponder about useless things like chem trails and 911 being an inside job. But now, nothing. I realize all that was just my foolish thinking and ever since I have been attending church regularly and my job performance has gone up. Just last week I was promoted to assistant to the regional manager. Life is good. I guess it's because all that worry about getting the swine flu has been eased and I can finally relax. We recommend everyone gets their H1N1 shot.Comment
