How many of you use Chat Customer Service systems for personal stuff?

I find myself using the chat option much more when I have to deal with banking shit, or like today I had some eBay stuff I needed help on. I like using the chat so much more and it seems like it's faster.

Anyone else that uses the chat option for Customer Service?

No way phone is faster, I hate automated systems and 99% of the time when calling any Customer Service for banking, credit cards, etc you have to enter all that info and hit 1 for this and 8 to exit the menu and * to get a blowjob.

Email, the only delay in that is waiting for the answer. CS chat services seem to fix the issue the fastest.

Not everyone uses automated systems. My bank is very fast. Even my cable company is fairly fast.

I use the chat option a lot when dealing with server support - the ones that answer whithin 60 seconds keep my interest. The one host I try to talk with via chat only ends up timing out and says a message has been saved, they will talk to me later through email - well they are the ones that are being replaced by a better host in the future.
