The whole teencat thing got me thinking. Do any sponsors still do fake passwords? I might give it a whirl.

A while back I remember Jaymancash had a really cool fake hacked password page for Raven Riley, and when the guy was in the member's area with the fake password the page would suddenly go blank and a message would pop up that his IP was logged for fraudulently logging in, and unless he joined the site legitimately his IP would be reported. You might want to hit up Selena and see if they still do this...

Oh yeah I remember they had a hacked password site, but I didnt know that message would pop up

I remember when i had 50 paysites and several password sites would 'share' accounts and use proxies..lol

so i decided to put up a fake members area with ONLY upsell content from everyone ;- ) sure you could join and pay but that was not what I wanted ; lol I wanted you to put in any user and pass will get you access, just drop .htaccess with *.* this will allow all who enter any user and pass to get access... then all you need to do is post a couple u+p around on several password sites and you will have 100,000 hits a day within no time... just make sure you have a great bandwidth deal before hand .... I did ok with the upsells in the members area but is was a hard sale...goodluck and I hope this helps ;- )

I started a TGP using only fake-password traffic a couple of years ago. I did get ~2000 visitors/hour for 2-3 days. And the traffic was extremely productive.

This is how I did it if anyone want to test it, I'm pretty sure it still works:

1: created the folder domains.com/members and did place a index-file with frames. One frame goes to some blank page (0 %) and the other frame is 100% and goes to your TGP (domain.com)

Setup a htaccess-file with some usernames and passwords.

Set the skim-rate on your TGP script so all clicks goes to galleries. This is so we wont get much complains on the password-sharing forums at the beginning.

If you want to use this "trick" more than one time it's a good idea to use a proxy when registering forum accounts. Make sure the proxy is using a non-standard proxy port. (some forums wont let you register if they see that you're using a proxy)

Now, start to register accounts on password-sharing forums. ~20 big forums would be a good start. (a lot of places are ripping the passwords from the big forums so your password will get posted on other sites.)

When you have your accounts, post your fake-password to all forums as fast as you can.
(there is also password-sharing IRC channels, it might be a good idea to post your password there. I'm pretty sure there are bots picking passwords up)

Find a couple of trades and change back your skim to whatever you want to use.

Enjoy the free traffic.
