Since when did CCBill stop logging clicks?

Or is it set by the sponsors at program level?
I'm fairly sure a few of those I am promoting have always shown clicks in the past.

Thanks, it wasn't that though.
It's set at program level. I've found out the main program I promote on there turned them off apparently.
The new program I signed up earlier with took 20 minutes for the test clicks to filter through, but they are showing now.
