What the fuck is up with the new Firefox?

Has anyone else experienced the new Firefox v3.x-3.5 being complete shit? A simple "Display Galleries" from my TGP script takes a good 30 seconds to display 20 thumbnails and the whole screen will "white-out" and Firefox will go "Not Responding" if I try to scroll through the page before it is completely finished processing. When I process the galleries on IE however it only takes around 5 seconds and lets me scroll while the page is processing.

Anyone else?

FF 3.5 was showing a small box like a blank alt/title tag when the mouse was idle for me. I re-installed and the problem went away. Maybe try to re-install.

Any idea why I have no connection to the Internet with Firefox (old and new version) while I have with other browsers?

I'm loving it. The "private browsing" feature is quite interesting.

I actually just made the switch to FF 3.5 from IE because of the improvements in speed.
