WP theme/template made for mobile - blogstyle

Need a good wp theme/template that is aimed at mobiles. Right resolution.
Need to be able to make bloglike postings, that include videos.

Where to find this? Paying for it, isnt a problem.

this would be a good thing to know, but in the process people should get a whitelabel with us.

I'm gonna do some searches for these type of theme or see if anyone can make these.

Well i have had about 4 people hitting me up and they would deliver me whitelabled solutions but never heard back from any, and that was 2 weeks ago. So now im going to develop my own for now and see what that can bring.

(Ps. if someone from gts is reading, BUZZ ME!)

There's a child theme for the Carrington theme framework that's built for mobile browsers.

When people mention mobile, do they mean specifically for iPhone or for all platforms? Cause I remember seeing some iPhone wordpress themes before but I'm not sure how it'll show on other phones.

Iphone would be my main aim.
Just want to be able to show a thumb and text, then when people click it, they get a short trailer video and a banner under it.

I don't think the short video with banner is possible. From the looks of the mobile tube sites, the trailer are actual mp4 files. Since iPhone can't play flash, that seems to be the only method of content delivery (unless I am mistaken). So unless the banner is embedded into the video itself, you're out of luck. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I believe you are correct on this. When you play a video on iphone, it takes up the whole screen, so the banner would have to be on the page near the video thumb, or incorporated into the video itself somehow. I don't know if other phones will play a video on a web page however. I keep thinking it is probably time to get a few of the other smart phones out there to test how they work out. It's very frustrating that they don't share standard formats and functionality.

@fris: thanks buddy i knew you would find this thread! gonna check those out.

As far as videos go, im prepared to convert and host them so its playable on iphones.
I can even hire someone to code the player so it has a clickable banner on the video itself or a pre-post roll but i rather have a banner somewhere.

Must be some good mobile sites that are doing this or ?
