you would be 110% correct if this was posted 3 weeks after payment was due and without trying to solve it privately before. but if you read JFKs post you will see that it has been privately discussed before and payment was promised privately at the Phoenix Forum - which was early April.I agree with you that he shouldn't have booked it if he can't pay. Blaming bad economy is not really an acceptable answer either. But after reading this on about 190 threads it's becoming a little boring, don't you think?
Ben has been in this business for more then 10 years and generated a lot of money for many people here over these years. To crucify him like this over something you can resolve privately in a more appropriate matter is not more or less then the evil being described Ben has done imho. Making negative publicity like this for 3 days only show publically the negative financial situation that many have gotten themselves into. I don't see how putting someone out of business will help you in getting your money back.

The problem with this is that JFK tried to take care of this privately and the numerous lies that BEN told JFK became so frustrating that JFK had no alternative than to take it public. Then, during the evolution of this thread it turns out that regardless of how long BEN has been in the business, he has NOT been such a great guy after all -- and has screwed multiple people that have come forth and apparently many more who have not -- as yet -- for one reason or another. People on this board making negative comments for all of this week is BEN's responsibility because he has -- even now -- not resolved this issue, and it looks like he has no intention to do so. If he has gotten himself into a negative financial position he should man up, cut his losses, pack his bags and go away, not solicit more people to join his affiliate program so he can screw them by not paying them too.Comment

It appears the program came out and tried to make a splash and failed. Creditors are being lied to and strung along until it's too late for them to collect anything at all.

glad you came forward....understand that you were getting hit because there were no comments, this was a situation that no news bred bad news...and further slamming by ppl supportive of honest business practices...
as stated numerous times before JFK (and the others, sorry i dont know you personally)is a friend to many many many people and like youve noticed, we protect our own....this maybe be a huge family with tons of ppl worldwide, doing various types of business....but we are all interconnected and when you have a friend being wronged, we stand up....especially in the case of JFK, who i do know personally, knowing he is one of the last people that likes to call ppl out on boards and cause drama...
i am glad and do hope that JFK is one of the first people taken care of......soon. And that you do work with everyone else that is owed and correct what has been wronged. Granted, i hope that this was a heart felt response and a truthful response and payment happens very soon and not just another attempt to brush it under the carpet hoping this thread dies...
obviously if payment isnt given or an agreement worked out between you and anyone you owe, expect that someone will bring it out on GFY....if youre on the up and up, good....maybe that will help save some of the rep you currently lost thruout this thread..Comment
