looking for not more than $150 an month....as much bandwith as possible for this price...... and offcours fast fast fast proccessor..

$150/month is hard to do for "fast fast" processor. A server would cost $800 - $1200, so a host would be looking at 6 months and up before even breaking even (how much above 6 months would depend on your bandwidth).
I have some P3 1 Ghz, 512 Ram, servers that I could possibly do at that rate depending on your bandwidth needs. If that is good enough, let me know your transfer needs. |

www.ReliableServers.net has some great plans in the 300 ball park but you also get 5 megabits of bandwidth with it
