Who can take a good look at my tube to check seo?

The general seo on the site looks like it is suppose to...

You have no indexing issues.
Url, title and text looks fine. (more text including the keywords in the url would of course be better but it is a tube so not so easy to do this to every video)

Do not hire anyone for seo of your website...

However if you do know somebody who knows a lot about link building you should consider hiring them... Link building is expensive but it is also the absolute most amazing thing that can take you to the next level.. so you go from just beeing indexed to actually ranking

Your title could be better, it's one of the most important on-page SEO elements. I would add one or two more keywords and remove one occurance of "porn".

Videos should have anchor text linked above the thumbs, rather than only the thumb.
Content pages should have a better title, less domain branding in the title.
All pages need proper document structure. (h1, h2, paragraphs, lists, etc)
All content pages need unique text related to the title & content, instead of the repeating text in the header.
Repeat your video categories as text links below the thumb listings.
Copy the header menu to the footer and use text anchor links instead of images.

IMHO... take all of the offsite links off of your index page. Only put them on the actual content pages.. So, when someone clicks a thumb to watch a video.. THEN they see an ad/offsite link.
