I went through this once. My wife registered a domain through Yahoo and 4 months after I had transferred it to another registrar they billed her credit card for renewal. I called them on the phone and they took care of it right away and refunded the money.

Yahoo got me once also...but I do have one hosting account with yahoo that has been very good.....the mainstream site has never been offline.
