I'm sorry for the informal nature of this email, but there's not really an easy or fun way to do this. I also apologize if you got this in duplicate.
Today was my last day at AVN.
I'm not going to go into the details of the situation, but I will survive, and AVN might even survive, too.
I just wanted to send this email and give everyone my contact information, and also to take the time to thank you for your contributions both to my personal and professional growth.
I spent nearly 5 years at AVN, which is longer than I've ever held a job in my life, prior to this. That I was able to fool them into employing me for this long is a feat in and of itself.
After I take some time off to decompress, I will be looking for work again. Whether I remain in the adult industry, go to mainstream, or start trafficking organs on the black market remains to be seen. Immediately, I know that I will be most interested in freelance and consulting projects, though. So, please keep me in mind if something were to come up.
And so, to the business at hand.
For the unfortunate people who worked for me in some capacity, it's been a pleasure. If you have questions about assignments, invoices or anything else, please address them to Vanessa - [email protected]. She should be able to find an answer for you.
For those of you who had business with me at AVN, I will certainly do my best in the transition to make sure your needs are taken care of and deals are honored. I've filled in Janet Gibson ([email protected]) as much as I could, and you can contact her with any questions, problems, etc.

Before you do the latter, please give me a few days to collect my thoughts. But to answer the inevitable question - yes, I am ok, and will always be ok.
