Anyone watch OUTSOURCED [the movie] that is exactly how epass phone support works in my experience...

There isnt a financial institution open for thousands of miles on these days here. Its not epassportes fault that the banks roll up the sidewalks.

When the bank are closed we do receive wires into our bank account.
When its a US holiday Accounting is not in the office to load the wires to your ePassporte account. We send out notifications about holidays for our offices and our bank this was sent out around June 15th if you have not received it please email me your UserID and I will look into it.
