Where to go for Premium Bandwidth?

I have a few ideas on this but was wondering if anyone had any input.. I was thinking about setting up some online game servers(not gambling, but MMORPG) and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on this.. I mean I could just ship the boxes to my hosting company, but with an online game 100% uptime is pretty much necessary. I know a lot of these companies will have their servers hosted right at someone like level3's datacenter, but then again these people are paying a fucking arm and a leg for bandwidth..
    any ideas?
