My brother informed me yesterday that he will be leaving for Korea 15 Dec to spread Pathfinders ashes in Korea as per his request. He thinks he has identified the specific hill in Korea where forty nine years ago a battle took place during the night. Pathfinders thirty man Platoon was engaged in battle that night, which raged through out most of the night. When the sun came up, twenty two of the Platoon were either WIA or KIA. It was a battle that he spoke to me about because he and my real father were both survivors of that battle and became life long friends. It was because of their friendship that Pathfinder took me in when I was twelve years old, after my mother and father were killed in a car wreck. For those of you that do not know, Pathfinder was career military and served his country for a little more than thirty years. He served twice in the Korean War and three times in the Vietnam War. He was a good man.
I know that all of you assholes will jump on this thread but you will receive no response from me. So
