    Grabbing stills from flv

    Hi,
Whats the best / quickest way to grab stills (say, from 10 secs in) from .flv's?

(In a linux environment... ideally just with php but perl etc is fine)

    ffmpeg?

I know that VLC Media Player which works with almost every op sys can assign a key stroke to capture a frame. And if you hold the key down, it takes multiple images in sequence as close as a few frames apart and auto- saves them to a directory you select in advance. You can make a lot of still images this way as well as hand select a few by the exact frame.
