Actually, I read fewer threads here than people seem to think. I don't recall hearing about the FB hack.

Personally, not sure I would let my 10 year old on any online chat. I understand your rage, but chat rooms are not a place for kids. And no, this does not excuse them or their rogue affiliate.

you're correct....

A 10 yr old should not be in a chat program and he wasn't, however he does have MSN messenger loaded on his computer... he had 5 people added to his list. All family, 2 of which live in the same house with him.

this was a random message sent to him while he was logged in, trust me I take every precaution I can with his system. Of course shit slips through, but to have a company I do business with contact my child.. it kinda throws big red flags and huge stop signs.

And I will never hesitate to call them out
