Can anyone help me make a little flash movie out of .mov clips?

I just bought 2 .mov clips that are 5 seconds each.
I want to combine them into 1 small flash movie, stamp my url on them, and have the flash movie autoplay when the page loads.

Anyone know how to do this easily? Im retarded when it comes to flash
