i've always loves this idea that people trust something as mission critical as a domain and registrar to a company with "cheap" in the name... then are continually caught off guard when having issues with them.

Who do you suggest?

Godaddy? Directnic? Moniker?

GoDaddy . . . . unless you do not care about things like support.

When it comes to price, support, safety and usability - namecheap.com is miles ahead of Godaddy. I havent tried Directnic or Moniker for years, but what I have heard of Moniker lately aint exactly flattering.

I have been with namecheap.com since forever, they have not missed one single reneval or notification, never stolen a domain and the support have always been brilliant.

I'm one of those real asshole customers that expect things to work - so far they have never let me down
