it's a tab formatted csv that uses single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") to be able to preserve the format of the embedded code... when you import it, you need to tell excel or whatever spreadsheet program you use to use tabs and single quotes...

updated that page with this info now

our exclusive HD scenes are shot in 16:9 format and therefor they look better when presented in wide screen..

you can however, simply change the width and height values in the embed code in order to embed the player with any size you like..
