    ironic how these ppl were canadian goto saudi arabia cuz its islamic school and sharia law

                  i thought the article was pretty clear, didn't say anything about them not agreeing with sharia law, infact was sharia even mentioned ? They feel they didn't get a fair trial. If you were in prison and felt like you didnt get a fair trial its a safe assumption you will try anything to get out.

                  Maybe you read another article with more background but it doesnt say they were there for any particular reason, maybe the dad worked there and it was easier to go to school there , i have no idea.
