Faxing in and NEW PROMO

Hi there,

We have received a few faxes from people but there is no contact info on the fax. If you were one of the ones to fax in, please email me at [email protected] with you contact info so I can match it up to the fax.

For everyone else, I do thank you for all of your post and the emails. I just want to say that I agree with one person who said in his email " If you want people to start to trust you, you will need to allow people to process without a reserve.

Once they get their funds for a bit, then move your reserve in, say after 90 days with something like 2.5% for 30 day hold, then release the reserve. Once they get that reserve back, you can move to the 5% for 30 days hold and so on. Let them report the updates on the board and that is how the trust starts again"

I agree with his email and I am willing offer deal this to anyone who wants to try it.

We will start this program on 8/1/09 so please register now so you can be up and running by that time.

Thanks,

Jonas

So, I went to Ibill.net and sent them a email directly....

"As per the thread on GFY, https://gfy.com/fucking-around-and-business-discussion/912899-ibill-people-name.html I see your offering stock options equal to what was taken from me in the Ibill melt down?
"

And just got a reply, in like 2 minutes....

"Hi there,

Yes this is a true deal. This deal only applies to merchants who have signed up with iBill for processing. If you sign up and use the service we will be sending the PPM out for your review on August 1st.

iBill just made a new offer on GFY about 5 min ago.

Jessica
iBill"

So, this is not a fake nick? Interesting.

i'm not a stock broker and i don't work for the SEC... but that just can't be legal without a massive legal framework and very specific structure. even soliciting business in that manner is very well regulated. i could be wrong, but this seems like someones "good idea" that wasn't very well thought through if its legit or real at all.

furthermore, you can't offer individuals "stock" based on arbitrary claims of how much stock they think they should get as it affects all other stock holders.

Brings up many questions... course, in this case it would not be arbitrary claims but based on the what what owed to us. Which is well documented. Hell, I even have the actual screen shots taken directly from Ibills own system showing what I'm owned.

~Ray 06-27-2009 08:01 AM

if you were owed money by old Ibill, then new Ibill still owes you that money. it doesn't matter who the owners are, it's the company that owes you... and it sounds like they now have funds.. so get a lawyer and sue them for funds owed DESPITE the owners of the company. Ibill is Ibill, same indusrty, same responsibilities.

shimmy2 06-27-2009 08:08 AM

you guys can't be serious. i was with ibill since 97, and i lost over 1000 rebills when you went tits up. i somehow had it in my heart to give you a second chance with that shortlived "gKard" thing (anyone remember that?) and i'm not sure i want to play ball with you again. you would have been better off with a new company name and everything, too much negative stigma there. i realize my cash is long gone so thats no longer an issue on my plate but good luck getting some stability

RadicalSights 06-27-2009 08:11 AM

ccbill = winner?

Any stock company can issue / gift out stock for any reason.
As long as the shareholders agree to the transaction.

So Jonas, on the website you list Irja Zarembok as President & CEO...

But on the Blog you list yourself as President & CEO...so is that an error, a change in staff
or more of the same old Ibill:helpme:warning

"I'm still on the fence about allowing you to process for me. What is your affiliation with the defunct Ibill? They stoled over 12k from me when they went down not including rebills."

Since that question I have not heard another word from Segpay. Take it as you will.

For fun, google "segpay ibill"

Two employees from IBill started Segpay and hired a lot of their coworkers. When the IBill owners stole everyones money and disappeared they also fucked all their own employees, who were out at least a months worth of pay.

They left behind an office full of people experienced in adult billing, why not hire them?

Notice how this Jonas guy ignores all the prior posts and goes straight to the pitch ?
First you have to sign up with Ibill then in August you will get the offer! Exactly the same bait and switch offer the original owners made, exactly. Can anyone say daja vue :321GFY

Name has a nice ring to it, don't you think? :)

I got burned as an affiliate, and no matter what you come up with, there is one thing I know for sure: It was my most expensive lesson ever and I won't risk another one.

Old owners, new owners, old new owners.. Doesn't matter, "iBill" stole the industry's money. Offers for shares in a company that's going to fail is a far cry from paying back the millions of dollars that were stolen.

This is probably the worst idea ever formed in business.

F-U-Jimmy 06-27-2009 04:23 PM

Im posting this warning on other boards but i could do with a little help guys as i only know a few other boards :thumbsup

Too little.....too late.

If you're for real - GO FUCK YOURSELF.

We didn't believe you then - we don't believe you now.

You're all nothing but a pack of audacious, scamming cocksuckers who should count their lucky stars you're not eating your meals through a tube in the intensive care ward.

My best advice to you is take a permanent hike from the adult entertainment industry since you lack zero credibility and are universally loathed by a great many of us hard-working folks.

I was with iBill and some of you might remember me from all the promotions I had, as I was the Director of Business Development. I worked with a ton of you all. It was my Job to build iBill to what it was. I was with the company from 97 to 01 and left when it was sold.

NOTE: At the time of the sale, every dollar was accounted for by an independent auditing company as part of the sale.

Why did we start iBill back up, and not go with a new name?

Going with a new name was to easy, no one would ever know and we would not have to do damage control, but the easy way out was not the answer. We have been through all kinds of hell getting this name from the old people, and once we got it, the damage control started.

Remember, iBill is the name, iBill did not steal you funds, the old owners did. I spent 5 years building the company into what it once was and to see it fall the way it did was heart breaking to me. That is why I wanted to restated iBill with a new vision and a new staff.

Even though we don?t have the funds to cover the notes that the old iBill owners issued, we want to do what we can to make good in this deal.

Here is what we are offering to anyone who was with iBill in the past to try to earn your business back.

1. Send us a copy of your worthless promissory note and we will exchange it for stock in iBill at 1.00 per share. This is just our way of trying to make something out of nothing. We will be sending out the PPM on Sept 1, 09 as well as the certificates. Why not, it is free?

2. We are going to offer a 5% per transaction fee with a 5% 6 month reserve
for a period of 6 months.

3. No VISA fees, we pay for the filings.

If you have any questions or comments about this offer please post here or you can email me directly at [email protected].

PS please no more emails saying ?where is my fucking money? as I will not respond to those anymore as I feel I made myself clear here. I will though welcome and answer any other questions.

Thank you

Jonas

Do everyone a favor and get the fuck out of here, you scamming piece of shit. It's people and companies like you that violence was invented for.

chodadog 06-27-2009 09:51 PM

You can't be serious. Why on earth would someone keep the iBill name? What's next? Find some Child Care center where the owners were prosecuted for child molestation and try and reinvent that brand too?

You may be correct.

I owed sky bank a few bucks once.

Before I paid them back they changed from Sky to Huntington.

Tough shit for me, I still legaly owed the cash even in lieu of the name change and ownership change. And they got it.

If this is for real and iBill owes anyone anything, hop on a lawyer and get it on. I'll bet you have a case.
