HIRING writers for long term work

I am expanding on a very large scale and would like to hire a few additional writers. I have had numerous people submit samples to me over the years and very few of them have been able to meet my expectations so I figured I would allow everyone to submit samples and pick the best candidates out of them. I am NOT looking for outsourcing companies.
About the work:
The work varies from short gallery descriptions up to 150 word descriptions. Writing on various subjects within the straight side of the adult business (no gay/shemale stuff). The starting pay will be $0.013 per word which comes out to $1.95 for every 150 word post. However this is LONG TERM work and as long as you are reliable you will receive raises throughout your period of working with me just like my other writers have (one has been consistently working for me for over 2 years now). I prefer that you are able to do 50-75 of these 150 word posts per week but if you can handle more I have plenty of work so that would not be an issue.
You must:
Be a native english speaker.
Be reliable and be able to meet deadlines.
Have an epassporte or paypal account to receive your payments.
For the sample I would simply like you to do the following:
Go to NicoleGraves.com and read about her (membership benefits, stats, build, etc.) and write a 150 word description about Nicole. I want you to take the salesman approach and write in a way that would entice the reader into joining. I realize that this is very vague but I am done sharing my guidelines with people who I do not wind up working with. I have a very simple set of writing guidelines which need to be followed and will provide those to the parties who I am interested in working with when that time comes.

and try to flame about the rate. Believe it or not I have had many people agree to the terms yet their writing didn't fit my style well enough. This is to be considered a part time gig and could help a number of people especially in today's economy.
