3:00 this morning my cell phone starts ringing. Caller id tells me its my exwife.
Not wanting to be a dick, and honestly worried something may be wrong, I answer.
Turns out something was wrong, she had managed to lock her keys inside of her car at a gas station just outside of Cleveland. I tell her she should call AAA and get them out there, she tells me she's used up all of her roadside for the year already. She then asks me to come all the way up there (about 45 miles) and unlock the door because she knows I still have a set of keys for that car.
I had been drinking last evening, around 3 I was pretty drunk, passed out, etc. So instead of jumping into my car and driving to cleveland shitfaced, I gave my friend a call so she could drive, I could sober up and not break any laws. She didn't want to, but I talked her into it, around 3:30ish we were on our way. We got there just after quarter after 4.
No thank you, no sorry to bother you at 3 in the morning to come up here and unlock the car you paid for.....
She came running up to the car screaming "what took you so fucking long" I wasn't in the mood and wont take another ounce of shit from her so I told her to fuck off, here's the fucking key. I took the key off the ring and handed it to her. She grabbed it with her left, and swung at my head with her right.
Obviously, I managed to keep my head and get out of there. But thats it, and i'm fucking done being there for her unappreciative ass. I hope the next time she needs something i'm the only person she can call.
