im a HUGE car guy myself, the only thing that gets me in these driving sim games, u have no feeling of lateral G forces. I also want a steering wheel set with real feedback, a clutch pedal, and a real styled gearbox, not anything up and down..i want a 6 speed slotted box. But to answer your question ive heard Forza is better than NFSComment

I havent played Forza 3..... yet. But hell, I'd say Forza 2 was still funner than nfs shift. So I'm gonna have to assume FM3 kills it. The game has been great for a long time, hard to believe they'd fuck up a sequel so anticipated by so many gamers.Comment

its not thats what everyone likes, its just that 99% of gamers are kids, they arent gunna want to learn how to shift with a clutch, etc. Even tho it should be a standard for driving tests. I think theres one wheel/pedal set that has a rear gear box but its like 300 buxComment

yeah I have a 360 too, by GT I meant the Racing Style, not the PSx game hehe, even though that game is great as well, spent way too much time playing it

playing shift on ps3 too, I really like it and I was really surprised because of the good framerate. Don't have a 360 so I can't compare both titles but shift is really funny (especially online races), has nice tracks (for example Spa GB) and cars (MclarenF1 like in NFS2). The reviewsites say that Forza is better than Shift. Bad points: the damage is still arcade and there are no weather changes or night races. My buddy got his 360 banned from XBox Live for playing the original Modern Warfare.
I gave him a few cases of beer for it. I'm playing the single player campaign right now and this game rocks.
