konrad's is the best. He can also make some custom tweaks for you as well. I have thrown everything at it so far and it has held up like a champ. Especially encoding 30 videos at one time.

Depends how you want to run your site. There are lots of Turnkey software scripts available out there...and you can even buy open source and make changes as you tweak your biz :-)

Sorry for the late reply was a bit occupied here, anyway thanks for all the links. I will for sure later tonight check them out.

Two days ago I registered some new domains (www.camtubegirls.com en www.livetubecams.com) which are perfect for what I have in mind.

In fact I want to deploy a tube site with promotional clips from our webcam girls and masturbation clips (2 minute clips) which we recorded over the years (around 10.000) and expand it with regular porn clips (semi/exclusive).

Don't know yet if I want others to submit clips.

Basically I want to setup a tube that is prepared to serve and process a lot of traffic so things like minimizing disk I/O and caching are highly recommended. Also the script needs to be prepared for CDN deployment.

This all is a part of some new project I will launch in a couple of months, so I really take my time to look in to all the available scripts and/or solutions before I make a decision to buy a turnkey solution or built something ourselves.
