Of course there are different pricing in house and freelace. But whats lets say going rate on this forum? For how much do you hire guys here?

Not sure about other countries, but for a freelance programmer from the US who isn't a complete idiot need to figure at least $50/hr, for someone who is "good" and has experience more like $100+/hr

For fulltime in house work, figure about half that, so $25-$50+/hr or $50-$100+k/year...

A good off shore guy is $20/hr and a good US based guy is $80. Only go off shore if you know what you are doing. In my case i have been coding for 20 years so it work out well.
