My neighbors have asked for my help to find whomever is throwing dog poop into their yard every night. I have an office window that looks down on their gate area, so I have the perfect look-out spot, and I have internet connection that can just go out that window to put a camera on the edge of my roof to catch the shitheads.
So now I ask you for the technical help, and the "let's fuck-em up" ideas that only GFY members can offer.
The details are: It is happening at night, about 9-11 pm sometime. So lighting is a problem. I can't have too much light to trip them off but I need enough lighting to get good pictures.
Here are my thoughts: First I will need software to record either video or 1 second snapshots of the suspect area. Or I need to get a trip wire of some kind to take high-res pictures. Then somehow I need to get appropriate lighting.
All this is just off the cuff since they just told me about an hour ago. I hate people like this, and want to fuck them over.
