The same thing happened to me. I wrote and inquired and they told me to do it over. I did, and within seconds I received the email. It must be some sort of glitch, but give that a try.

Well, its tuesday. 3 days after my first attempt to sign up and still no email!! I tried calling on several occasions, no luck there.
