              Bush did nothing about N Korea or Iran for 8 years, other than expedite their insanity by calling them out as part of the "axis of evil" right off the bat.

              Bush sucked, and continues to suck to this day. The previous administration was horrible on every fucking level, and they will go down in history as such.

              If he owns the trouble 6 months in, the the Bush administration should shut the fuck up about how "safe" they kept us, as 911 took place 9 months into their term, so who owns that?

              But to answer your initial question, regarding what a "Supreme Leader" means - it's like the Taco Bell menu: a REGULAR leader is just basic, but a SUPREME leaded includes tomato and sour cream, obviously!
