I was wondering are their any good tube designers? Are we still in the dark ages on this stuff, all I can find is shady guys that want me to epass them funds ASAP

Any help would be appreciated

even in clip-share? If I pay a designer to create a tube, could you add the back-bone? I have a few requirements though, but not sure they are all that hard or uncommon. and does not Have to be clip-share I know they have lots of problems

REally what I need is so basic, but their are so few people that can work with complex scripts like these (I know I cant) I might even pay can 'real' company that had even basic knowledge of these things.

Its kind of a waste land out here, with tumble weeds blowing by

Exactly. If you know what you're doing, it doesn't matter what the script is or how many times you have or haven't worked with it. A skilled coder can skin ANYTHING... tubes, bbs, blogs, joomla or any other cms and on and on.

I really just need help setting this up, I have talked to 10 'studios' and when I say the word 'Clip-Share' they get all weird. I am not sure they can really do anything with this script at all.

But would like some help setting up some Stock features, and they can not seem to do that ether........

ClipShare has some pretty serious security issues, or at least it did. I don't know why this would cause any concern to the design studio though.

Your best bet is to get someone to design the site to your specs. They provide you with a pretty psd file. Then hire someone like myself or pornbling to take your psd and integrate your tube script into it.

Again. It doesn't matter what script you use. A good designer can design for anything, and a good coder can implement any script into it.

I know but you know what worry's me is this 'guess how much it will cost' game. I have trouble getting help with Basic setting up questions, how in the world could you or anyone 'plug-in' a really design I wanted.

Some told me it could take, 200 hours, and I don't have 3 weeks to pay to have a set-up and template job done.

Its a nightmare, do you think if I pay you you can set my my site too look like another just Stock script set-up?

Its not like this is a uncommon script, most big sites use it for god sake.

If you are hearing 200 hours then you are talking to the wrong people. Unless of course you are looking for a fully custom script. I am a bit confused about what you're looking for, and I think it has to do with your limited English skills which I understand.

I know it may be confusing, but the reality is simple..
A designer can make a template (2 to 10 days depending on their schedule) $200 to $500
A coder can plug ANY script into your new design (2 to 5 days) $200 to $500

All I need is a psd, server access and access to whatever script you choose (including clipshare) and you will have a fully functioning tube site.

Any of the designers in this thread are more than capable of creating a beautiful design for your new tube. Once you get that step complete, I'll be waiting

This script does have lots in internal pages, so is more work than most I think

np at all. I'll hit you up on icq later so we have each other in our lists.

The multiple pages is to be expected.. things like the actual video player page, the top rated page etc. It's all no problem at all.

however, maybe you'd get more results if you show a sample of what you want, you name Socks site, well, maybe you can include the URL and people will be able to see what you're talking about. Tube scripts are relatively easy to setup, no matter how good or badly coded they are, so unless you're looking for something out of this world, I can't understand why is it a problem.

No I was talking about a 'Stock' script or a script that came in the 'box' the way it was with No changes made to it.

I think the big problem is all the internal pages this script has (clip-share) and while most template pages are rather simple only needing the same header, background changes ect their are a lot of them.

I don't know I guess this is the big problem. I would use another script that was easier to work with for the coder but I do need some of the stander function of this script others don't offer.

I really hope I can get this job done as easy as you say, I did talk to a bigger studio, and they wanted 2 times as much as the creators of the script to work on it.

I would work with clip-share but everyone knows they are hard to deal with, I assume because of all the people that want to work with them. Still.............

This thing does have 90 php files or so, so I really am going to have to talk in ICQ with a coder before I create a design as he well have to copy the basic lay-out of the page many times
