same thing in NYC. It has been raining just about everyday and it hasnt even been hot. I understand when its hot, water evaporates blah blah. humidity. Its been cold the whole time.

We have had rain almost everyday here in NYC area. I think they said we have had 3 days of no rain this month. OH WOW... actually have something that looks like the sun out right now but, its going to rain again today.
