No kidding. it doesn't take a genius to hold up three fingers. If the dude doesn't nod and say 'uh huh' in whatever language, you don't get the tattoos. Its pretty simple.

She's a complete tool and it wouldn't surprise me if the next person she sues is the person who tries to remove it for her with sandpaper.

...Obviously because of the fact that once a tattoo is on, the tattooed person could bail without paying.

Also, even though the design is simple, most tattoo artists outline their work and let you look at how the layout fits BEFORE they begin their work.

This is also a good example of why most tattoo artists won't do hands, face or neck unless a person already has a substantial amount of ink. My friend Kevin won't do faces or hands on anyone just as a rule.

1st of all, how does anyone fall asleep while getting a tattoo on their face? Lets test this. Someone lay down and I'll poke you repeatedly in the face with a needle. Do you really think that you would fall asleep no matter how tired you are? I highly doubt it.

Secondly, why would anyone even want 3 stars on their face? I hope that the legal system actually does the right thing in this case and not give her a damn thing. Clearly, she's lying.

I don't see how anyone could fall asleep. I've done it 5 times and each time I was wide awake.. I wanted to make sure my shit was done right!

I'm going to be one of the few who actually feels sorry for the kid. I don't care whether she wanted them and then realised she fucked up or whether she fell asleep. The fact is she is only 18 and we ALL make mistakes, her mistake however will haunt her every time she looks in the mirror and change her life. Pretty big burden for an 18 year old to carry for the rest of her life...marriage (if anyone will marry her) kids...and then old age...can you image what that poor girl would look like with faded starr tattoos all over her face at 50? 60? 80?
