Question about NATS and reporting of rebills and the like (21sexturycash)

With one program (21sexturycash) I just got more than a handful of rebills at once. this is not from signups of the previous days that converted... those must have been from previous signups sent over the past weeks or even months that obviously were not reported before.
is this normal? shouldnt nats prevent something like that from happening? did something happen with 21sextury that made this a special occurrence?

i tried to search for john from tmm on icq but couldnt find him to ask personally. so i hope this way is fine. i assume others will care about this, too.

the biller may have been asked to re-poll with the last say 60 days of rebills if there was some problem with nats - that way nats would pick up what it missed and credit the affiliate

For coding work - hit me up on andy // borkedcoder // com

This could entirely be correct. Database crashes or server issues when the postback script tries to connect, or if there are server moves. The biller is counting rebills but the data isn't being posted back to the NATS software.

It's not a problem with NATS or TMM. NATS isn't responsible for accounting in a program. Pretty much any script in existence can have an issue like this. And the fact that the rebill DID post pretty much proves there is nothing shady at 21asextury.....

** one second while I check to see if a bunch of rebills from them came through

and checking the news on 21sextury dated today: 6/15

For unknown reason Epoch turned off the rebill dataplus service since the 12nd (Friday), so due to this reason rebills from the 12nd until the past few days did not show up correctly. We have contacted Epoch with this issue and they advised us, that they re-enabled the dataplus service, so the system will catch up automatically in a few hours. This means that the missing rebill data should show up correctly shortly.

          We apologize for the inconveniences,
          Kind regards,
          21Sextury Team

If anyone from 21sexturycash is reading this, we received a new set of IPs from Epoch for Data Plus service. Perhaps that could shed some light in the matter.

I had 2 rebill at once on ColdHardCash.com with NATS too... it was pretty weird but did not investigate.
