You can freeze meat and eat it for a long time. Of course it won't be near as good as fresh, but still "good enough" and in many cases you probably won't mind unless you are a foodie of sorts. If your someone who likes "good meat" and buys from the butcher, I would suggest buying a vaccum sealer thing, we have one....I don't cook but Mike does and he LOVES his sealer.
PS, buy a good one!!! The cheap ones break easy and look for the bags that you can seal for a cheaper price.Comment
