I don't fund my paypal account with any credit cards or checking accounts because of problems in the past. Epassporte, I'll just say I'm not putting my credit card there and leave it at that.

I often times need $20 in one or the other depending on what I've purchased / paid that day. This has absolutely no bearing on how much I make, how much I have or anything else important.

Someone may not have any left in ePass but $500 in Paypal and needs/wants to buy traffic.

or, they may want to buy domains and like to use paypal and namecheap. so they need a transfer.
