I think the entire east coast has had a hurricane hit at one point or another. I have plenty of insurance and a place to go when it does hit. It is only 150 miles from my other place

You've inspired me to try to find it.

I have an IGA 2 mins from my house, and an abc store even closer. The owner of the iga e-mails the locals weekly specials. It is so cool. They have everything I could ever need, just a short walk away. I have already sold 10+ websites to the locals here. It seems all the businesses have no websites, and are years behind the real world lol. Every place I go I ask " Do you have a website". They all say the same thing. No we don't but really need to get one up. I give my speech about needing a website, and throw in some facts about how important a website is to there bizz. If you really want to drive people to your mom and pop store you will hire me. I will make soo much money here on mainstream design. What's really crazy is I did a mainstream site for a spa (thespaattopsail.com) here that brought me to the island 2 years ago. I was coming here every 3 weeks for a break and never wanted to leave. So just said fuck it, I work from home and love this place, why not live here. Long story short. I live here now.

What a great picture and I LOVE your house! We vacationed on "Topsell" Island many years ago and I looked at RE for a while. Unfortunately about a year later a hurricane hit and it freaked me out. I was going to buy a house at the beach and vacation at the mountains but ended up doing the opposite. We need to trade houses for a few weeks a year
