so I would have to turn in my pocket knife....I call bullshit...there is always -
A) a Grandfather clause
and
B) Laws are subject to ENFORSEMENT.....or what is...when we feel compelled to enforse such laws we will do so......and that my be NEVER....why do I say this.....
They try to pass laws like this all the time. I remember one time the GOP tried to outlaw pocket pool in Kentucky, and another time they tried to ban pockets alltogether back in 1952. It's all bullshit. As long as Hot Pockets are legal the government is not out to protect anyone.
I own many one handed opening knives for my construction company.
That law has been in affect in every state I have ever lived in.
Nothing new.
Switchblades and Locking blades are both illegal in many if not all states.
The premise being that a switchblade is quick to pull out and therefore the choice
of people planning on stabbing someone(self defense or not). And lock blades leave
no opportunity for the blade to collapse closed during a stabbing.
I don't know if it's bullshit or not; just know it's been that way all my life.

They are looking to change the definition of "switchblade" that would include most common pocket knives and many knives used for construction use.
Ok anyone who thinks that pocket knives are going to be banned is an idiot. The guy in the video is an idiot. That rule only pertians to carrying a knife across the border. Talk about starting shit over nothing.

IMO, it really matters where you carry it. Carry it in your pocket at a grocery store while shopping or carrying it at a club late at night wile drunk.
Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
think about that
