New Industry HIV Case Already Under AIM's Control

glad they have it under control, even though they have no idea if anyone has tested negative until 2morrow after noon.. Oh well , I'm back to shooting softcore tease vids, the rest of you can deal with this.

here's the time line again

Timeline
Thursday ( Milf gets test) AIM says she's clean
FRI Milf shoots b/g scene then later that evening shoots another scene
SAT 1st male shoots gangbang, male's girlfriend shoots b/g/g
MON AIM calls MILF and 1st male, tells him they made mistake.

All hell is about to break loose, even if he comes up negative now, what about 2 months from now? AIM is paying for his tests but for some odd reason, waiting to contact the second line of ppl they worked with and IM sure those ppl are working this week..NOT COOL

I am surprised that AIM is not identifying the infected performer, and the other performers that are known to have worked with the infected performer.

My understanding was that performers must sign a waiver that specifically permits AIM to announce their stage name publicly in order to protect the rest of the industry.

As it stands, AIM is relying on the people exposed to voluntarily quarantine themselves (not to mention that the person infected may not have remembered or told AIM all of the people that they may have exposed).

I always personally check with AIM on the people that perform in my hardcore productions, but now I'm not so sure that I can trust AIM anymore.

I'm also disappointed that AIM said nothing whatsoever until they were forced to.

How many other cases have they covered up?

I wasn't about to give "names" at all. I wasn't here to "out" the performers it was to OUT AIM for not stepping up faster..It's WED Already and they just NOW put out a press release. To me that is messed up.

"The actress was involved in a small amount of films in a short period of time," Hunter told XBIZ. "She still is in counseling."

In a statement issued earlier today, AIM said, "There has been a person who has tested positive. There were exceptionally few partners, inside and outside the industry. All partners are currently testing negative and in adult employment quarantine. All required reporting has been complied with, as have the AIM and industry protocols. The investigation is ongoing. This is not a major event."

Disclosure of private health information is regulated by the 1996 Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.

"It's private medical records," attorney Michael Fattorosi told XBIZ. "You saw this at Cedars-Sinai where stars got medical procedures done and people who worked there called TMZ and other people about it. Without a waiver, no one should be able to make this information public."

Hunter said that AIM is aware of the rumors circulating about the situation.

"We are really bothered by what we've seen on the gossip sites, all the unsupported documents," she said.
