Earlier on he posted the link to the site, so all you would have to do is go to the site look at the sign up pages and see that he is charging 14.95 for a monthly subscription with higher one time billing options. 3K members at 14.95 = $44,850 That is the low end figure because it assumes the 14.95 subscription and the site does have higher subscriptions. Without knowing what he is paying webmasters, the asking price is still not in line with the known and verifiable facts.

Second:
If he is only helping a freind, why is he the one that will be talking to a lawyer about someone else allegedly stealing his site design?????
