I'm pretty sure AWE lets you sign them up s a studio..
They also have the cool pdf ebook that walks ya thru setting yourself up.

Yup. Just looked through the ebook... You can set up a studio

Their promo tools rock too.. and the percentages are all pretty good

You can sign up on the webmaster side of things
