that's not necessarily true, bing brings in more traffic than live.com did. im sure the ads all over tv had something to do with that.

Yeah im getting some some hits from bing too.
The other thing I have also noticed is some plugs to other sites on my site are also geting hits from bing which means when somebody clicks on the video it looks like its comming from my site, so this also sends me more traffic back from the plugged site.

bounce rate and number of pages visited were similar... slightly the wrong way.

Ahhh, you are correct there... but 89 was my highest day from Live in May from Live... So there marketing is doing something... We'll see if it lasts.

Microsoft (NSDQ: MSFT) is taking heat for a feature in its new Bing search engine that allows users to watch full-motion snippets of porn videos—China and certain Muslim countries have disabled the function—but the software maker is emphasizing that Bing also includes tools that allow users to turn off anything they find offensive.

"There are several preventive features incorporated into Bing to help block this type of material," a Microsoft spokesman said in an email to InformationWeek on Tuesday.
