            I have a PR3 with the #1 rank for a very nice competitive phrase along with a bunch of other long tail terms that net me 5-6k daily.

                                        i'd only consider paying 2+ yrs revenue if its a mainstream site that's ~10 yrs old that has a solid history. for adult sites that aren't that old it's usually just a few months revenue, so i'll pass on this one.

                                                            scottybuzz knows what he's doing.. very smart dude and businessman.. but i do think 33 months is far off for the net businesses... there's a big difference between selling a net property than selling a traditional business... 12 months is about the norm.
