People say bad things about programs all the time but doesnt mean that what is said is true. Real money makers dont say much, and whiners do. Just like in every social circle for example, the jerks get noticed and give each social circle a bad name. The people that complained in the past about our program were using it while it was in beta. We found some bugs and have since upgraded and havent had a problem since. Im sure some of you can relate to program startup bugs.

Actually this again was in beta... In the beginning days each poster got their own domain. If someone wasnt using their account, we removed them domain and gave it to someone who had just signed up and wanted to get started.
As already stated, there was a system issue and we had lost some data. We recovered as many accounts as possible and paid everyone out. Its always a good rule of thumb to have your own tracking set up when you join a program incase there are system errors.
The system has been upgraded and now accounts arent deleted due to inactivity, we just remove the domain and keep the account open.

I recall you did some designs that couldnt be used and it was better to halt the project, rather than go on and do tweak after tweak to make things perfect.
