I would think some cents per image maybe 10 - 20c, depends onw hat exactly you want done.

ie, you want them just resized or as fris said, touched up etc..

For just cropped I imagine it's pretty cheap depending on if you want specific features of the pictures or not. If you don't then really cheap.

not everyone.. I would do it for 20 cent/image and do it all manually. With autocropping you will end up with badly cropped images. There will be some that will be good, but nothing beats doing it manually.

they go from around 25c per thumb to 50c, depends on how quality they are...

if the original pics are in archive and there is no need to pull them out of FHG's for example ...
We are doig manual cropping and ajdusting the sharpness (which s essential is you cropping from big images) for 150$
Original filenames on the thumbs.

If client wants thumbs to be hand picked from FHG and optimized then it's more ofc depending on the optimization level (from simple light adjustment to advanced touchup for thumbs).
posible watermarking and custom filenaming are added to the price unless its a bulk order in which case it's free of charge.

Haha I'll do it for a quick $200. Cropping is simple and sure it could be done for cheaper but if you pay cheaper then you will get someone that after 100 crops thinks to themselves.. "I'm only making $100 for all this work? Fuckit I'll auto crop half of him so half of them are good"

$200 still isn't shit but for me it would be extra money that isn't related to my own biz and i would have np going to amazon and buying $200 worth of blue ray dvds

I can retouch the images and crop for a thumb for a 16 image gallery in about 15-20 minutes, so that is about 4 hours... or so for 1000.. around $200 sounds about right.
