You are right, cell phone penetration has been rising stedilly on a yearly basis.
We will very soon be adding more countries to our existing SMS billing platform(currently 23 countries)

This is how the billing process works, when surfer chooses the SMS billing option, he is presented with a billing page in his language( country and Browser language detected), he is asked to send a text message to a SMS shortcode number. Our system processes the surfers request and within seconds returns to user a text message which verifies the charge. Once the surfer receives the text message he has access to your content.

Our backend will handle the billing procces, all you need to do is install our script on your server, the script will handle access to your members area, if you are running NATS or MPA3, there is no need to install any script as we are integrated with them.

Hit me up if you need any additional info.
