I have a few questions maybe one of the Juggcash guys can answer before I start adding links.

1. does google see the htaccess redirect, will I be penalized by them?

2. most of my traffic is in my root, so I need to put the htaccess there. but I have a few old gallery submissions still getting a little traffic. will tgp's scripts see the mobile htaccess redirect and delete those galleries/ban me?

one more thing, do I need to add the logo graphic for the white label, or will the site look ok without it?

1. We have tested our solution on many sites and have not seen any seo problems. Not having a fast loading mobile site accessed by mobile users is the problem for search engine rankings.

2. All mobile traffic gets detected; nothing that will affect your pc traffic gets touched.

3. It does look good; with a logo it will look that much better! Also takes less than 10 seconds to do!

I hope I answered your questions.

how are you guys using this though? having separate .com's for the mobile traffic? putting the coding on your main site? trying to see the best way to use this.

The easiest way is to use the .htacess version in your domain root directory. This way all mobile traffic to all subdirectories/subpages gets redirected to the mobile offer.

If you don't already have a .htaccess file:
Open notepad (or any text editor) -> Copy code -> Save as .htaccess -> Upload via FTP

The .htaccess is valid for the directory it's uploaded to and all subdirectories that don't have their own .htaccess. So, in case you only want the mobile traffic of certain subdirectories redirected, just upload it to all those directories.

In case you are running some weird old windows version not letting you save the .htaccess from notepad, name it htaccess.txt, upload and then rename to .htaccess with your ftp program.
