      We use Magento and then skin it with a custom design. My pricing starts at $1499 and I deal mostly with mainstream small businesses.

                      most designers would need at least an inclination of what level of design you want to achieve before giving you a proper quote...

                      Just saying how much for a cart and design tells us absolutely nothing...

                              Magneto is great... the only minus I found about it is the performance... it's quite slow
