    I have been waiting 25 years for this day (pics)

    As a father, there have been quite a few milestones to mark my life. When my kids were born, when they started school and when they got married to name a few. Today was another.

    My son got his first H-D two weeks ago. He kept is a secret from me so that he could take his motorcycle class last weekend, then he told me as soon as he passed the course. Today, after 25 long years, we went for our first ride together. What a blast.

                                                      We started off in Menifee (pretty close to where you want to move), took the Ortega Hwy to Lake Elsinore, then through the Cleveland National Forest to San Juan Capistrano, then up and over to Irvine.

                                                      There is a wine festival in Temecula coming up. If I am not in Vegas I plan on riding out to it so I can get you some pics.

                                                                      Well congrats .. another few yrs for me .. it has been nice Quading with mine.. he keeps up and rides like a maniac .. 3-4 more yrs and he thinks we'll be riding together on the road .. actually scary .. but ya .. shit they grow up too fast .. again .. Congrats .... And noticed your nice little passenger seat and sissy bar for the Night Train .. Very slick ..

                                                                              I don't think a Fatboy is an old man's bike personally. But the fact of the matter is it is his first bike, his wife gave it to him for her birthday present and he got rid of his boat to acquire it.

                                                                              I threw it on when goodgirl was here a few days ago. I left it on so I could carry a jacket in case it got cold. Turned out we met a couple at a bar we stopped at. He had been trying to talk her into letting him change to the same rear fender I have.

                                                                              When she saw how easy the passenger seat and sissy bar slipped on it made his case for him.
